Cancellation policy

Thank you for booking with us! We would like to inform you that our cancellation policy has changed. As of this time, a 50% credit card deposit will be required. If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call and give 24 hours notice. Failure to call 24 hours in advance will result in a 50% late cancellation fee. 

Please understand that giving no notice with time when canceling appointments will result in a missed opportunity to fill that time slot and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.

We would like to be fair to all client appointments… Late arrivals will only receive the remaining time of their appointment. 

*Please note: Any late arrivals after 30 minutes, will also result in the 50% cancellation fee.
